Job Description


Main duties of the Global Compensation Assistant:

  • Processing, collecting and distributing multiple data sources
  • Validate client delivered data
  • Review data against client’s policy
  • Produce and reconcile variances by employee
  • Undertake year end reporting and reconciliations
  • Reconcile source data to year end summary figures
  • Review country data sources and map to output
  • Administration of Global Compensation Accumulation and Advisory Services offerings/services
  • Create and maintain contact lists
  • Assist in transition projects
  • Limited point of contact for Global Talent Hub queries
  • Awareness of process/contribute to improving efficiency
  • Identify and seek out areas of risk and escalate to management
  • Responsible for delivery in line with KPIs/SLAs

Essential skills and experience:

  • Technically versatile and able to work with data from multiple sources and in various formats
  • Competent with using spreadsheets for data manipulation and review
  • Experience working in related field such as payroll, international HR, expatriate tax
  • Confident in client environment and working with other third parties
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines in a pressurised environment that works under contractual SLA’s & KPIs with financial penalties

 

Desirable:

  • Preparation of compensation balance sheets and payroll instructions
    International Tax compliance experience
  • Understanding of the company systems used delivering compensation accumulation
    Payroll / accounts payable knowledge
  • International HR administration knowledge
  • Languages

The Global Compensation Assistant will be offered a competitive salary in the region of £25-29,000 plus further benefits.
