Job Description


Location:         London (W1) or Edinburgh

Hours:             Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
Salary:             TBC dependent upon experience
Role:                  Permanent

 

Job Purpose:

 

To manage a group providing client based employee relocation services and be actively involved in the business development of the Company.  You are responsible for ensuring the company deliver a quality service that meets client needs in a cost effective way.

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

 




    1. Provide effective leadership to the key account team and be their initial point of contact
 




    1. Understanding of key account Contract/scope of service delivery specific for the UK and key stakeholders.
 




    1. Manage, train and develop staff, including all relevant HSSE training requirements/regulations/tenancy management and specific standard clauses and provide updates to staff when necessary.
 




    1. Participate and lead on fortnightly client calls with key stakeholders and update team of any appropriate issues
 




    1. Manage a caseload, acting as a role model for all service standards
 




    1. Implement monthly meetings with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
 




    1. Develop good relationships with relevant client focal points and ensure client relationships are maintained and developed at all levels.
 




    1. Ensure invoicing is carried out in a timely manner and staff meet deadlines for fee input
 




    1. Support Managing Director and Customer Service Managers by identifying business development opportunities from existing clients and assisting with new business initiatives.
 



  1. Assist other team members with any queries or issues they may have on the client specific contract
 

 

Skills Required:

 

 

 




    • Minimum of two years experience in the relocation industry

    • Ability to manage several tasks/customers at the same time
