Our Client is the leader in state-of-the-art technology solutions for corporate workforce mobility.

The Company is currently looking to recruit a Client Account Manager to join their London based team to help manage a growing client list.

The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about technology and working in an innovative environment. You will have advanced Microsoft office skills particularly Excel. You will have excellent customer service skills; be great at listening to your client’s needs and translating them into action and workable solutions. You will have experience of managing the implementation of HR related IT systems, Global Payroll and /or International Tax. You will have a background in, International Tax, IT Project Management or, global mobility through in-house experience, or professional services.

Responsibilities for this role will include:

Managing a portfolio of client accounts, implementing Company products for new clients and supporting the sales efforts in acquiring new clients.
Collaborating with the Client Account Executive/Product Manager, sharing knowledge of key industry and client initiatives and participating in decisions surrounding the directions of Company products and services.
Lead the product implementation process for new and existing clients while ensuring all clients requirements are met according to agreed project plan and timescales.
Liaise with other CAMs and BAs on resource requirements across implementations and assist with training requirements.
Work with the product manager and CAEs to move issues and enhancements through the development queue.
Test and roll-out new functionality across clients in line with the queue, weekly ‘sprint’ and Company release cycle.
Work with existing clients to identify opportunities for clients to better utilise Company products, upsell products and offer training to clients, to continually improve the quality of customer experience.
Regularly review support issues to identify ways to enhance products and processes.
Assist in Sales/Marketing efforts (RFPs, demos, marketing, user conference, etc.) and in developing strategies for new and existing clients to increase Company visibility.
Manage Business Analyst staff to provide high quality client support.
Schedule and coordinate client training sessions.
Continually seek out information about both the global mobility and software industry, including attending industry events, and apply that knowledge to CAM and wider team activities.
Design and implement process improvements for the company as appropriate.
Assist with hiring and developing top talent staff members according to company development policies.

Person Specification:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Advanced Microsoft Office skills- particularly Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication, customer service and relationship building skills
Proven leadership skills
Process drive

Experience of Project Management
Experience of Project Managing the implementation of HR I.T systems
Sales experience

Knowledge of Mobility products e.g. GROW, AssignmentPro, & Expat4Cast.
Understanding of international mobility, ex pat tax or global pay roll.

Flexible attitude and willingness to travel to meet clients.
