Job Description


Our client, a corporate housing company in London, is looking to recruit a New Business Manager to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company.

The New Business Manager will follow-up warm leads to medium sized companies.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Arrange face to face meetings.
  • The New Business Manager will deliver presentations on the services and negotiate rates/contracts.
  • Be able to cold call.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • The New Business Manager must come from a Serviced Apartment or Relocation background.
  • It will be most advantageous if you can bring existing leads.
  • The New Business Manager must be a self motivator (our client doesn’t micro manage).

In return the successful New Business Manager, will be offered a competitive salary in the region of £35-45k, according to experience, skills and achievements.
