Regional Operations Manager-Relocation

Job Description

The Role

  • Manage the day to day running of the Relocation Consultants, Immigration Consultants and Property Specialists in the Middle East region.
  • Develop and implement streamlined operation processes to support the services delivered.
  • Assure service delivery KPIs and SLAs are met.
  • Develop and implement metrics to understand the appropriate staffing levels for optimum performance.
  • Support Sales Representatives on sales calls as the subject matter expert (SME), as needed.
  • Develop and maintain the appropriate network and partnerships with vendors and suppliers across the ME region.
  • Attend pre-selected relocation trade conferences focusing on the ME region in order to give the company better visibility and customer reach.



  • University Degree
  • Minimum 5 years working in the Relocation Industry- Destination Services or Immigration (at least 2 experience in the ME)
  • Minimum 5 years managing people (hiring, training, performance reviews, etc.)
  • Must have strong business English skills (read, write, speak)
  • Strong critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a level of calm
