Job Description

Our client an International Relocation company are looking for Relocation Coordinators to be based in their London office.

Duties of The Relocation Coordinator:

  • Managing assignee files and ensuring complete satisfaction from assignee, family and the client.
  • Ensuring clients’ policies are followed
  • Supervising the preparation of property viewings, inventories, check-ins, tenancy agreements
  • Briefing and liaising with counsellors, letting agents, education consultant and other suppliers as necessary
  • Liaising with moving services
  • Cross selling company services
  • Ensuring complete satisfaction from clients
  • Ensure all client documentation is up to date

Skills and Experience required for the Relocation Coordinator:

  • Excellent verbal & numerical reasoning
  • Passionate about providing good customer service
  • At least 12 months experience of working in a similar position within the Relocation/Property industry
  • Fluency in another language is desirable but not essential

    A couple of years ago I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Real Estate.

    Why Real Estate?

    The face-to-face contact with clients, in a job with a lot of variety the combines office work and work on location is very appealing.

    During my internship in London I experienced all the difficulties a move implies on a practical and social level. I would love to assist and help people realizing their dream. So helping people coping with all this and helping them settle in on all levels would be very rewarding!

    I believe my experience at BNP Paribas Fortis prepared me for this job. Keeping track of deadlines and necessary documents per dossier, being the central point of contact for all parties and working under pressure (in team and individual) are skills I learned and practiced every day.
