Job Description

To be considered for the position of Relocation Manager it is essential that you have International Relocation experience and ideally be at Senior Consultant or Team Leader level.

Main duties for Relocation Manager will include:

  • Overseeing & developing a small team

  • Undertake performance management and disciplinary measures as required.

  • Work alongside the Relocation Managers to ensure that all staff are trained and to maintain high moral within the larger Service Delivery team as well as the individual teams

  • Ensure that the team is well trained and motivated in order to provide relocation services to corporate clients

  • To monitor the quality of service delivery and proactively intervene when service failure is anticipated. Avoid service failure.

  • To ensure that all customers receive a seamless service

  • Working alongside other Relocation Managers to ensure that internal processes are standardised, efficient and continuously improving

  • Reward team members who achieve exceptional service delivery

  • Cooperate with the quality department to ensure that all performance benchmarks are met, and arrange training as required.
Key Skills/Experience Required for Relocation Manager:

  • Proven record in a client facing/focused position

  • Experience in working and managing corporate account

  • 2 years+ International Relocation Experience

  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to build trust with both internal and external parties

  • Sound commercial and financial awareness

  • Demonstrable use of initiative and decision making skills and ability to remain resilient under stress
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of c£35K plus further benefits, depending on skills and experience.
