Location:         London (W1) or Edinburgh

Hours:             Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
Salary:             TBC dependent upon experience

The Company:

A fantastic relocation company based in London/Edinburgh that are one of the world’s largest international relocation and move management companies, specialising in International Assignments and integrated Relocation Services.

 

Job Purpose:

The Relocation Advisor (RA) is the main point of contact for assignees arriving in the region of their responsibility. The RA is responsible to guide the assignee and his/her family throughout the process and coordinate the services provided by different parties (experts, agents).

 

Responsibilities:



  1. Co-responsible to ensure authorized operational relocation services being delivered through the company’s Relocation Consultants/appointed agents;

  2. Primary, dedicated telephone contact for assignees;

  3. Ensuring assignee and account are updated on the process at all times;

  4. Work structured by using task templates and update the ERP system with all the information gathered;

  5. Providing purchase orders to the suppliers at completion of the service;

  6. Complete, on time and accurate invoicing of the services delivered;

  7. Input and/or participation in team meetings;

  8. Take actively part in project groups to improve our service delivery and customer experience;

  9. Co-responsible to point out the need for changes or improvements of the existing services for the company to update existing Account Procedures.
 

Skills Required:



  • Minimum of two years work experience in an international environment;

  • Flexibility to anticipate various requests of the company’s customers;

  • Ability to handle several tasks/customers at the same time;

  • Able to respond to various questions on living and working in foreign countries;

  • Speaking several foreign languages, English both written and spoken is a must;

  • Cultural awareness;

  • Proven computer skills;

  • Proven telephone skills;

  • Service minded

  • Hands on

  • Self operating and responsible

  • Team spirit, ability to put things in perspective, good sense of humour.
