Job Description


 Main Duties of the Senior Immigration Paralegal:

  • Liaise with client/assignee for the return of requested documents
  • Collect documents for Tier 2 applications
  • Draft applications such as CoS, ILR, NPEE, Tier 2
  • Account Management
  • Upload documents to the companies in house system
  • Will archive and process paperwork
  • Assists in the review/improvement of methods/procedures of managing day to day team processes and workflow
  • Where required, will act as a secondary point of contact to communicate with clients in a timely and professional manner to obtain information
  • Will support strong client relationships by displaying professionalism and efficiency in appropriate communications as directed by a senior member of the team
  • Will have appropriate regard to firm policies, protocols and SRA Code of Conduct
  • Will develop strong working relationships with team members and gain their confidence through displaying professionalism and efficiency in all communications
  • Will follow firm procedures


Skills required for the Senior Immigration Paralegal position:

  • The candidate must have at least 18 months experience
  • The candidate will be an active contributor to a positive team and firm culture
  • Will ensure work completed is technically accurate and written communications follow standard layout.
  • The ability to work confidently within a team displaying professionalism and efficiency in all communications
  • The candidate will have the ability to work under their own initiative


The successful candidate will be offered a salary of c£30-35K, depending on experience.
